Imen Makhlouf
She brings over 18 years of exceptional experience in project management, international cooperation, and public policy reforms. Having served as Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs in Tunisia and currently acting as the General Delegate of the UNESCO "Women and Science" Chair, her expertise in institutional communication, strategic planning, and leadership mentoring will be pivotal to our mission. Additionally, as the founder of Initiative pour les Leaders d'Influence, she is deeply dedicated to fostering bold, inclusive, and multicultural leadership through transformative coaching and collective experiences.

A certified NVIDIA DLI Ambassador and a recognized UNESCO AI Ethics Expert, she will be a major asset as our Strategic AI Advisor in shaping our high-level technical training roadmaps and guiding our responsible AI initiatives for WAI Tunisia.

A Senior Lecturer and Researcher in Computer Science, Salma holds a PhD and an HDR (Habilitation), specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing (NLP). With her deep academic expertise and leadership, she will be instrumental in anchoring Women in AI's presence, building local tech communities, and driving impactful regional initiatives in Sfax.

Dr. Sana Ouchtati is a leading authority in public international law, technology governance, and AI ethics with nearly two decades of academic and high-level advisory experience at the University of Carthage. Appointed to UNESCO's global AI Ethics Experts Without Borders network, she regularly advises international institutions—including UNESCO, the Arab League, and the ITU—on AI ethics, regulatory design, and sovereign frameworks. Holding a PhD centered on international AI regulation, Dr. Ouchtati will lead our legal governance, ensuring full compliance and structural alignment for our national and global partnerships.

Nouha Younes brings over 14 years of senior strategic leadership and risk management experience, serving as Managing Director at PREV-EX Africa and holding a prestigious Independent Board Director Certificate from ITA–La Sorbonne Paris. As former Chief Risk Officer at COMAR and HAYETT Insurance, she spearheaded AI-driven predictive claims analytics and has advised executive boards across manufacturing, services, and finance. As President of CJD Tunis Horizon and an ambassador for international NGOs, Nouha brings an invaluable blend of corporate governance expertise and extensive cross-border network strength across Tunisia, the Maghreb, and broader Africa.
